Review: I purchased this as a short term solution for intermittent power outages. It worked perfectly out of the box and supplies electricity to a variety of small appliances (i.e. refrigerator, microwave, small oven, internet router, computer, lights, etc…). You need to watch the wattage requirements and can’t run all the appliances at once (if that’s what you want you need to buy something bigger), but with some planning it is easy to have the appliance I need when I need it. The lights on the generator that indicate power usage are very helpful. Very efficient on fuel usage, portable and a small footprint. Perfect for a simple short term solution.

Review: Over the past several years, my part of Michigan has seen an increasing number of power outages. I purchased the Westinghouse iGen2200c in the middle of January 2023. It was still in the box, when an ice storm knocked out power for four days last week. Below freezing temperatures were a great motivator in getting the generator running posthaste. It allowed me to operate a natural gas furnace, refrigerator, and charge LED lights, phones, etc… For me, run time was about 10 hours per tank of gas. The iGen2200c is very portable and usable. So far, I’m happy with the purchase.
