Review: I bought this last year and used it a couple times to charge my phone or use the flashlight. Yesterday I used it to jump my jeep after my battery died. A jump from a small sedan did not get it done but this did! One of those products you don’t need till you do and I did and it worked. I will say that the held charge was about half after 6 months or so . I will plan to check on it once every few months to be sure it is ready if ever needed. Highly recommended.

Review: Since I don’t drive my car a lot, the battery seems to die quite often. A couple weeks ago, I asked a neighbor for a jump start and he has a portable jump starter as well (a different brand). It worked so well, I decided to get one for myself. After reading the reviews on the J1200 vs the J2000, I decided the 1200 was probably enough for my needs. Yesterday I went out to start my car and the battery was dead again. I hadn’t taken this out of the package yet or read the instructions, so I asked my neighbor again for a jump start. His jump starter was not successful in starting my car unfortunately so I thought maybe it was something else this time. I called AAA for a tow and while waiting decided to try my new J1200 just to see. What do you know!!! The car started right up! My neighbor was stunned because he has never had a problem starting his car with his jump starter. So I called AAA and cancelled the tow. The J1200 was only at 75% charge right out of the package and still had no trouble starting my car. The LED flashlight/strobe light/SOS light works really well too and the fact that you can charge devices on this as well is a bonus that I may have to use during hurricane season if we lose power. The price is great too and it’s super light, compact and portable. I highly recommend this product!

Review: Works as advertised. I researched these devices for a couple days before settling on this one. What convinced me were YouTube videos by a couple of small garage mechanics who showed how the device is used and demonstrated it on a vehicle or two with dead batteries. Another feature I really like is the USB C connectors and the ability to plug the device into my current household chargers I use for my cell phones and tablets. The instruction pamphlet that came with the device was clear and logical–easy to understand and employ. The only thing I don’t like about the device, and most of the others as well, is that the lithium battery technology is just not up to storing the device in a vehicle in 10-20 below, or more, temperatures, then pulling it out for immediate use, and that’s why I still keep a set of jumper cables in my vehicles and keep my roadside service numbers handy.
