Review: We were excited to order and receive this charger to support our new Plugin EV. Our Electrician connected with ease. Charges great. ONLY DRAWBACK I have is that the Wifi component only allows 1 User App – which is TREMENDOUSLY DISSAPPOINTING given the ~$1000 cost. Both my wife and I have individual ChargePoint accounts to enable commercial charging @ their various local stations (work, city, etc). Why would home charger have account connectivity limitations? Only one of us can track Home Charging and the associated $ Cost. I called the ChargePoint Technical Support – they informed me of this flawed design and would forward my feedback to their development team. Other consumers have voiced the same complaint. Everything else about the charging and quality so far for the past 3+ weeks has been on PAR as expected.

Review: This charger works great. I have a 2022 Jeep Wrangler plug-in hybrid, and bought this charger for my new Jeep, but also as a first step towards eventually having only electric vehicles. It fully charges my battery in about 2 hours, was easy to install in our garage, and the cord is long enough to reach my car even when not in the garage. It is the same brand as one of the most common chargers found in public. I love that the app tells me the cost of the electricity based on my town’s municiple electricity rate, so I know how much the car is adding to our electric bill each month. I’ve been using it now for about 10 months with no issues at all.
