Review: I used this on my Blur 220i fuel injected scooter for 6 months until it stopped working. They replaced it under warranty without a fuss. During the 6 months I had constant idling problems and my voltage rectifier/regulator died. My scoot has less than 2k miles on it but is made in Taiwan/China. I replaced the reg/rectifier and my idling problems continued until the battery died. It would no longer take a charge but the LED would still light up on the lowest voltage setting. I replaced with a regular SLA battery while waiting for the replacement and my idling problems vanished. Conclusion: A cheap regulator/rectifier may not be able to cope with the slightly higher voltage output of a LiFePO4 battery. Your Fi sensors might get erratic if the higher voltage leaks through and the reg/rec might burn out. On the other hand, you WILL get more amps to your starter. If you have inadequate wiring in you electrical system causing resistance to your starter and sensors, this battery will cure the symptoms but not the cause.

Review: Smaller more power and power retention. You must be very careful when installing. The battery is the Ferrari of batteries. Just like a Ferrari you need to be very careful. You really do not need to keep a battery tender on it. If you want to be sure do buy a quality lithium battery charger. I purchased an Optimate Lithium charger, but I have not needed to use it. The charge last for at least 5 months. Do not allow the battery to go dead. Be prepared to make adjustments to the securing brackets for the battery Compartment. Also there are 4 post to connect to perfect. They are much smaller then lead acid batteries and pounds lighter. This my first Lithium experience

Review: I installed the battery to take the place of a YTZ14S-BS battery in an Aprilia Tuono 1000 V-Twin that always started with a lead acid batteries but would occasionally lower the cranking voltage far enough that the dash would reset. (rather annoying) The lithium battery arrived quickly. The length and width of this battery is comparable to the original but is considerably shorter so a spacer needs to be supplied by the new owner. After two weeks I have not had any cranking issues. I am really pleased with the performance.

Review: Using the battery on a bored and stroked 73 Harley FLH. If the battery is warm, it will spin the motor no problem. But, if it’s cold, you have to crank for a few seconds to get the battery temperature up and even then it is slow to turn it over. I am ok with the battery. A friend who has used lithium batteries said it is acting like a common lithium battery. I think I would buy the battery again.
